At KIN London we focus on the power of great relationships. Building this bond with a client from the outset meant they could trust us with this challenging and intriguing brief.
We needed a venue that had both an aura of seriousness and grandeur, as well as hidden potential for festival fun. Enter, One Marylebone. In the Soane Hall, the conference heavily focused on content with a slick AV set-up to match. Outside, we combined a ‘Main Stage’ tipi with a firepit, glitter artists, and even a bucking bronco to completely transform the gardens.
Authentic street food from KERB kept guests well fed and the cocktails were flowing throughout the night. We booked a variation of acoustic bands that sang anything from 90s classics to soft rock – even getting senior team members rapping! Of course, there were guests who didn’t want the party to end – so we transformed The Galleries into an exclusive after party with a top London DJ.
The client said:
“We cannot deny that we are a challenge, with strong views of the direction we want to move in with every event and an ever changing list of ‘must haves’ and ‘wishes’ and Miryam took everything in her stride, evolving her personal style to compliment us as individuals as well as a company as a whole. Due to this welcoming, personable approach, we also found ourselves transitioning from a client / consultant style relationship to a real friendship, which can only have a positive effect on an event like ours.
The outcome was a hugely successful event that pushed the boundaries of previous events and certainly had the wow factor. Feedback throughout the business has been overwhelmingly positive. Without Miryam and the KIN London team, we could not have achieved such a great result and we very much hope to work with them again in the near future”
